The Hidden Valley road, a $10 billion highway from Houston to Dallas, has sparked a debate about the future of road safety in the United States.
The Hidden River Road, a 1.5-mile stretch of road from Philadelphia to Washington, D.C., also is under investigation.
But there are also many concerns about the hidden valley road, which is not yet built.

It means that the highway will be unsafe for drivers to cross at night or in a storm.
